Chuck and Ingrid are leaders. They have led church and mission in North America, Europe and Africa. They have trained, mentored, coached, and inspired leaders in six continents and in over 50 nations. After 40 years of fruitful leadership they have set out to steward their life experiences in these various settings by expanding their investment in leaders locally and internationally.

 

Chuck is the President of Global Leadership Inc. and recently returned to Stanwich Church as Senior Pastor. His efforts through Global will become more regional as the church seeks to provide leadership resources to the New England and greater NYC church through its new Stamford building and church campus.

 

Ingrid will continue her itinerant speaking schedule and training of leaders locally and globally. Chuck and Ingrid believe that skills are important to leadership but the character of the leader is what unleashes personal, organizational and community transformation.
